Title: Looking to borrow a GGG Leaf-Pro™ True Leaf-Switch Joystick for eval
Post by: opt2not on December 18, 2018, 01:37:22 pm
Anyone out there willing to lend me a Leaf-Pro to evaluate? I'll pay for the shipping.

I want to try them out before I commit to buying 4 of them for my Smash TV HSS stick.

I currently have JLF's in there, which is pretty usable, but I'm more picky about playing dual-stick shooters with proper leaf-switches. I'm trying to find a joystick that feels close to the original leaf joysticks, but has a short enough base that it can fit inside a standard fight stick.   The Leaf-Pro seems like it could do the job, but I wanna try them to see if they feel good enough.

Maybe contact GGG and see if they'll sell you a couple ( can't really test just one if using for  a dual joystick game !) to test and let you return them if they are not what you wanted ( never hurts to contact them and see if they'd agree to let you ship it back for a refund if they do not perform like you want ) - and if you do like them you'd save yourself the cost of shipping the borrowed ones both ways and then paying to ship them if/when you do order them.  :dunno

Ah, shoot, you're right. I should just see about Randy's return policy.
