I was just at my local Micro Center store, and was surprised to set that they started carrying arcade cabinet kits, along with separate components (encoders, t-molding, buttons, joysticks, cabinet vinyl art). Looks a lot like the kits on gameroomsolutions.
Here's a link of what's available in store: https://www.microcenter.com/search/search_results.aspx?N=4294811805 (https://www.microcenter.com/search/search_results.aspx?N=4294811805)
The cabinets seem to be held together with knock down cams (like Ikea furniture), and also seem to be quite solid and sturdy. I didn't care for the art, but fortunately the cabinets come in plain black so you can add your own artwork.
Seems like a very convenient resource if you have a Micro Center nearby.

Wowzers. Retro hasn't been bigger. They have U-traks, curious. I wonder who's making the cab and bartops for them.

Interesting. I have a MC within 40 miles but everything seems overpriced. They are riding the wave of the 1up cabs and retro mini consoles. I wonder how long that will last.

Wow. The one down the street from me has a bunch of that stuff in stock.

Way overpriced but cool just the same.
