Title: WinIPAC programming without board connected?

Hey guys.  Does anyone know if there is a way to set up configuration in WinIPAC without the board connected?  I want to set up my configuration on a second PC and then just copy the config file over when I am done.  It looks like the software won't let me do anything with no board connected, unfortunately.
