Title: Cliff Hanger game play in Daphne Question
Post by: killbill on February 06, 2004, 05:42:00 pm
Hi Everyone,

I've been playing a lot of Cliff Hanger lately in Daphne.  In the arcade, when you made a move, it made a beep sound.

I don't hear that "move beep".  Is that just the way the emulation is, or is something wrong will my set up?

Anyone out there hear the move beeps after every right move?  If so, what could be wrong with mine?

Thanks for the help.

I hear the beep, it's just extremely faint. My guess is your speakers are too low or the mpeg rip you are using has very loud sound.

Hi Howard,

I don't hear the beep at all.  Is there a way for me to check that the sound file is there and in the right place?

Is there a way for me to get a louder isolated "beep" sound file from somone, and place it in the game?

Thanks.

nope and nope.... the sound is descrete (ie computer generated)  and daphne doesn't allow you to adjust the volume.
