The trans motor light stays lit and turntable does nothing. Help please....

Hello Kevin, we need more information!

On switching the jukebox on does the mechanism scan around?

If you put the service into SERVICE and press the cancel button near to the tone arm does it scan?

On the power supply are all the three led's lit?
