Title: VGA -> Scart problem. Wrong pinout?
Post by: Ex_mosquito on July 27, 2018, 12:42:46 pm
Hi, I’m a little puzzled. I’ve been using Groovymame on my AstroCity since 2011 and I love it. I recently decided to make another set-up using my 21” Sony Trinitron using the RGB Scart. Anyway, I’ve ordered the stuff and in the meantime I thought I’d test the PC I had connected to my Astro City on the Sony Trinitron while I was waiting for the final bits to arrive. Anyway, I linked up the VGA -> Scart lead and I’m getting nothing... I opened up the Scart head and it appears to be wired up totally wrong for what I need, the R/G/B wires are totally wrong and wired up like nothing I’ve seen before. Does anyone have a pinout for what I need so I can rewire this one, or a source to what I need?

Thanks!
