Title: Can someone vectorize or know what font this is for Vulcan Venture aka GradiusII

If someone can Vectorize the Vulcan Venture font from the flyer i'd appreciate it or if it's not hand drawn what font is it ? It's Gradius II .

I don't think they used an of the shelf font. So the only option is to vectorize it.
This is what I came up with:
