Title: Daytona 3 speed issues

Hey guys
Just got Daytona 3 setup and operational with my xbox360 controller.... really underwhelming?  What’s wrong on my end? My game speed is like 1/2 of what I see online except sound/music isn’t struggling.
Just slow gameplay?
Intel core duo
8gigs ram
2gigs Radeon 6680 Gpu

Ahhhh forget it
Threw a FPS counter on it and it’s dipping to 25/30 in gameplay, was fine until gameplay actually started
Hence the 1/2 speed. Old core duo can’t handle it anymore
