Title: Need help with Ipac

Sorry if this is on the wrong thread, i couldn't find a troubleshoot board.

So i got this Ipac for my arcadecontrols, and if i would to plug it in on my laptop and start testing it out on wordpad to see if it would do anything then it works just fine. However, if i would plug it in on my desktop pc, the pc i want to use for my AC, non of the buttons work. I got Winipac installed on my desktop and the program did find the ipac (if the pc did not recognise the ipac the program would give you an error message). But still, non of the buttons work. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you try this procedure to clear the device from the registry and have it re-enumerate:
