Title: Raspberry Pi + DOS + single ROM in a cocktail setup

I'm working on a cocktail game that uses a spinner and one button. I need to know if the setup I have chosen is optimal and will actually work in a cocktail cabinet.

RPI doesn't run DOS.
It Runs Linux.

Do you mean a DOS emulator?
