Title: Coin mech mod for Token
Post by: martin35 on March 16, 2018, 06:16:36 pm
Hello Guys

I have a coin door with quarter coin mech that I would like to modify  to accept Tokens. I wonder which Token size is the easiest to adapt ? 0,984 or 0.900. A quarter being .938.
Thanks

Martin

Great mod guys but call me crazy but I would like to keep the mecanism intact as much as possible. I was thinking of buying a bunch of token of the same size and modify the coin mech to suit them. It's where I face the question of which token size I need in order to have the easier mod to do on the coin mech.

Thanks

Martin

I use a ton of 3-D printed Any Coin Mechs. I could put in tokens, nickels, slugs, whatever I want. Ultimately, I just want to play games, it’s not like I’m making money and I need to do any bookkeeping.

I have a ton of .984 tokens that I use.

Guys

After some more further research I've found a blog about that mod and it appear that my brand of coin mech (Coins Control) only needs some adjustment to accept 0.984 tokens. I will try to buy some, test it and let you know the outcome.

Btw if one of you have some nice token for sale I may be interested.

Thanks again for your input
