Won't matter a lot probably anyway. The CPU isn't the bottleneck as far as I know, but rather the GPU. And that isn't upgraded in the Pi3 B+ I believe.

The upgraded network performance is what interests me the most. A cooler CPU at 200mhz more is also nice.
