Title: Dual split screen racing cab using 1 pc, 1 monitor possible?

Hi.  Does anyone know if this is even possible?

A dual racing cab that would work with just 1 monitor like a huge tv or projector, and use sega model 2 emulator for sega rally and Daytona, and use just 1 pc?  Or at a push 2 pcs?

Just wondering...
