Title: ledutil.exe not flashing!

MAMEUIFX64 0.163 It's flashing
but MAMEUI64 (not FX) 0.173 is not, as well as standard MAME64 0.191. I found that there was a problem in ver 0.170 but it was fixed in 0.171. I can't find any other info about the issue. I know it's not very used feature, but maybe someone knows how to fix it?
