Title: Tekno Parrot 1.34 wont run sega golden gun

i get this weird error everytime i try launching sega golden gun. I have com0com installed have all directories set (https://i.imgur.com/DBjDlw5.png)

update: i was able to get it launch by setting it to launch with >> RingGunR_RingWide in windowed mode i can play it until i reach the boss on the second mission and in full screen it crashes when i reach the bottom of the stairs at the beginning of the opening level. one more thing on my previous windows 10 installation i was able to launch the game with >> mxgethwinfo

I've tried so many combinations of configurations and Teknoparrots and/or Game Loaders, but I cannot get pass this error... no idea what could be causing it or what else I could try!
