Title: Unable to create the direct3d device (8876086C) with groovymame 0.193

Hi
I tried to run spectrum or Thomson MO5 games with groovymame 0.193 from the windows console and I have the message : 'Unable to to create the Direct3D device (8876086C)' message that is printed again and again in the console.
I added asked modeline (352x296@50.080128) with VMMAKER but I still have the error
I have the same problem with Amstrad CPC but not with Mame arcade games or genesis games for example.
What is really weird that the emulator is launching and I can play games....but in the console I have this error message witch never stop...
Any idea ?

it.s an issue introduce with Switchres 0.017f
it should be fixed with 0.194 version that will be released very soon. (wednesday will the official version be released).
