Title: How can I print the Capcom 2P-6B template to scale?
Post by: hero on January 14, 2018, 03:50:36 pm
Does anyone know how to print http://arcadecontrols.com/files/Miscellaneous/CapcomTemplate/Capcom_2P-6B_Template.gif (http://arcadecontrols.com/files/Miscellaneous/CapcomTemplate/Capcom_2P-6B_Template.gif) at a 1:1 scale?  I'd like to use it to see how much space the surrounds take up and if it lines up correctly with my cutouts.  Would greatly appreciate it!

If the template was made to be scale it would be pretty useless by anyone except the person that made it.

In Windows when you go to print, usually under page setup, there are printer options to not scale the image. That's what you want. You want scaling and resizing turned off.

Import the pic into a graphics program. Make a circle that is 1-3/4" across. Resize the pic until you can match the circle exactly with the circle for the joystick hole. Now your pic is up to scale. Print it like ivwshane said without scaling and resizing.
