Title: 1968 Rockola jukebox jammed

I have a 1968 Rockola Ultra jukebox. Yesterday, while searching for a selection, the mechanism holding the records jammed. Any suggestions what to do? Now the record holder will not turn even in "scan" mode. While it was rotating I heard a loud clunk and then it stopped in the zero position.
