Title: Looking for the Slikstik CFG files

I am resurrection an old MAME cabinet that has been dead for years(the monitor died).   Its got a Slikstik Quad panel on it and I am looking for the default controller cfg files for mame they use to include with it.   I know Slikstik is long out of business(and burned every bridge when it skipped town) but does anyone have or know where I can get that cfg file

here are the CFG (had to rename it to ZIP so rename it back to cfg)
