I'm building a bartop and I need to add some cooling to it (pi, lcd, mini amp). My question is how are people powering the fans? I'll have a power strip which will power the pi, the lcd, amp, and the led light strip. What are my options?
I could also go passive cooled and have holes on the bottom of the cab and on the back but I don't know if that's enough.

You can use dual usb fans and power it by a normal plug.
Use one fan as intake and the other as out.

I Powered the 4 of my fans by splicing an AC adapter that I plugged into the switched/controlled outlets of a smart strip. Pretty sure this is common practice around here.
I think I followed this video:

No need to have much cooling on a Pi build.
A few well placed air vents and a heat sink and fan on the Pi should suffice.

If I decide the go with active cooling this is what I'll probably do. I have a ton of computer fans laying around and a ton of small power supplies as well.
Thanks for the video, it was quite informative.
