Title: perfect settings for Vertical grovvymame with Arcade VGA 3000

Hello
i search for my vertical arcade the perfect mame.ini
i hope people can help me
i use grovvymame64 0.191 with the arcade vga3000

if i  try
autoframeskip          0
frameskip                 0
seconds_to_run       0
throttle                    1
syncrefresh              1
autosync                  0
sleep                        0
speed                     1.0
refreshspeed              0
and push F11 the speed is over 100%  102% - 110%

if i try
autoframeskip             0
frameskip                    0
seconds_to_run          0
throttle                       1
syncrefresh                0
autosync                    0
sleep                          0
speed                        1.0
refreshspeed              0
i have 100% speed but tearing screen
i canot find the perfect settings for tearing free settings with 100% speed.

i put the Arcage VGA out and put a ATI HD4670 inside with ATOM15 Bios Flash and CRT Driver 2.0.
now the speed is 100% correctly without glitches.

The wrong the refresh rate in the first case was causing the speed issues.
