I just wanted to post that Wells Gardner (http://www.wellsgardner.com) has Refurbished monitors for sale via their website.
I searched and searched for a used one, then decided here. My New I mean refurbished ---READ NEW--- arrived yesterday. Perfect screen, clean and at a great cost reduction.
Again this is for those people that are looking at used - this is yet another option.

What size did you get and how much was it? Also how much was shipping to Canada? I'm in Calgary myself.

I just bought a refurb U3100 from WG last week. And it was in perfect condition. The monitor was $185. Since I live in Chicago I was able to go and pick it up from their HQ to save $35 on shipping costs.
BTW anyone looking to use this monitor will need to either buy a power cord from WG or make your own. The connector can be found here. AMP part number 1-480700-0

One more thing. Since I will be using this in a cocktail cabinet the WG adjusted the "purity" of the monitor for $25.
I think I read on this board somewhere since the monitor will be facing up instead of out. The magnetic fields won't be alligned.
After using the monitor for a while I honestly can't tell a difference when it's facing up or facing outward. So this could be bs. Maybe after time it would make a difference.

Wow your real close to me, Im from Cranbrook, BC about 4 hours away :)
Anyway the monitor cost me $165.00 US - for a 19" K7200 + power cord for $11.00 US - Shipping cost $52.00 US to my location in Canada via UPS - but I urge you not to get it shipped via UPS, as the duty was another $45.00 CAN broker fees :(

Yeah I hate UPS for that reason, they always tack on a huge 'brokerage' charge.
