My first ever arcade project - bartop - is reaching its end, and im now planning a fullsize cabin.
I have lots of stuff gathered, like controls, buttons, power, computer allready setup with HyperSpin and Rocketlauncher etc. but im thinking about woodwork.
I made my bartop with plywood, thickness 15mm.
Local stores have lots of 12mm plywood but im thinking it might be a bit too narrow/tight on thickness?
Fiberboard is also alternative ofc but it makes a big mess when working on it and is not that good material compared to plywood.
What do you think about the material AND the thickness?

Pine logs. At least 8"-10" in diameter. Watch out for that fever!

:lol
I got today 2 sheets of plywood ~2400 x 1200, one 18mm, other 15mm. So this is decided.

You will never be able to build a cabin with that.

If you can think it up, someone has already done it:

Now I'm just waiting for someone to combine a fish tank with an arcade machine... ;)

3/4" or 19mm is your standard wood thickness used in the amusement industry going back basically forever, this includes wooden bartops.
