This was a cool read but not very practical.

huh. this might be good to have displayed on a big LCD TV display over a crowded machine or during a pinball tournament.

could also be easily repurposed to convert the signal to replace the led/plasma display with an LCD monitor...then a guy could artificially "color" it similar to those RGB kits with the custom roms you can get.

Yeah, my first thought was, "this dude just made a color DMD replacement for $20."

I mean I'm not super into pinball and thought people here may think it's cool. PinBall Jim lilshawn didn't know so it's not a complete wast of space.
