Have a NBA Jam that is displaying no signal on the monitor. I have already checked power and all the voltages are correct. I cleaned the eprom chips and the game works after that for a little bit and then after 30mins of it being on it will start to restart and eventually go back to no signal. Could the sockets need to be replaced or is there a way to clean those too?
or any other suggestions.
thanks3

It sounds to me that something is going on with the board. Maybe find someone in your area to service the board and see what it could be? The only other thing I could think of is the power supply. But if the voltages are good then it has to be the board.

Check your power supply again. Or try it in another cabinet. Had a similar issue and although my voltages were close I didn't have them high enough. Would play 3 other jamma games but jam would not come up. Just get scrambled green lines and the leds would light up on the board. Up'd the voltage a bit more and bam everything works great.

Or the power connectors/ribbon cables. Midway cables in that time period stink. I had issues on my Smash TV and when I replaced the cables it fixed my issues.
Where do you live? I have an original NBA Jam cab if you need to test. I'm in CT.

Well i checked the power supply again i noticed that the voltage was a bit high. 5v was showing 6v and 12v was showing 14v. so i switched it with a new one. But between the 5v 3amp and 5v 1amp i get different voltages. I cant get them both new 5 to 5.2 one is 5.2 and the other would be 4.9. Would this be a bad power supply too?
Also changed all the sockets on the rom chips.
After new power supply and new rom chips sockets it still showes no signal.
