Hello,
Been looking to do a new project (a new wheelchair-accessible cabinet) and not having much luck with the locals being interested in the job. Just wondering if there were any of you's guys (or gals) looking for a paying gig in the area? Or anybody that builds and can ship flat-pack?
Thanks!!

You are probably better off buying an original cabinet that is known to be wheelchair friendly then paying someone way too much money to put together one that might be wheelchair friendly. I once drove an 1600 mile round trip to trade someone a specific dynamo cabinet that he knew to fit his chair in trade for two candy cabinets that were too low.

you still got those crazy candys? ahhhhhhh memories. Unfortunately I ended up selling my dynamo when I thought my arcade hobby days were over. I've learned. They are never over.

I would be the guy telling the story to the other guy in the story. I split with the guy who provided the truck and gas. Mine is set up next to my desk right now, although I did replace the sticks. His went into his garage jammed with a bunch of other games and hasn't been touched since then.

Anyone worth the salt is most likely where the money is (custom kitchens), But sometimes late in the nights Jenn finds herself a bit jealous of all the "building a game is easy" guys, and would someday love to try a CNC flatpack build.
One of H/mans in fact (perhaps someday :-\)....http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,130522.0.html (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,130522.0.html)

I've been trying to get a quote out of a local cabinet maker for four weeks :banghead: I'm thinking maybeeeeee he's not interested in my money. I knew HaRuMaN did bartops, does he do full size? Perhaps KonkeyKong should ask him directly. 'cause even though it's not exactly authentic, there's somethin' kinda' sexy about black melamine.
