I have no idea of the quality, but that's pretty friggin cheap.

Doubt it reclines, but might still work for a racing cab on a tight budget.

Getting a little more than 'cheap budget' but here is a chair on ebay that looks great with free shipping.
Similar (if not even cheaper) than what I used in my racing cockpit.  $76 shipped is awesome though. 
Then you don't have to deal with the reclining issue and it is ready to be bolted to wood.
Did the Chair and about $30 or so for wood and I was good to go.  (Had the wheel already)

Those chairs are horrible. It's way cheaper to go to the junkyard and get a genuine car seat :D

Anybody close to NC looking for a racing setup? I have one of those obottu deals with the tray and keyboard and shifter attachments with triple 1080p monitors. Probably not gonna make the cut for the new house. Also have a g27 with an extra set of disassembled pedals and a dfgt set as well.
