Hey guys,
My cabinet (with Aimtracks), has been completed for years but I'm now looking at replacing the clear plexi that is currently covering my screen with a tinted tempered glass or even just tinted plexi. Has anyone had any issues with Aimtrack guns seeing the receiver through the tint? Would glass be better than plexi for the receiver?
I was thinking maybe 30% light transmission tint.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you

One of my aimtraks has a lens in the barrel of the gun. That one works through my tinted glass. The other one was one of the earlier box kits and does not have the lens and doesn't work.

Interesting, thanks for the response. How dark is your glass?

How dark is your glass?
Very. I'm not sure the percent.

That's great thankyou. I was also curious about the thickness so that answers that.

Just make sure that the sensor bar isn’t behind the glass and you’ll be fine.

My sensor bar is mounted behind it no problems there :)
