Title: RocketBlinky/LED Blinky - LED's only light up at half brightness

Hi guys,

I think it's an easy fix but I'm not sure where to look - using RocketBlinky has been great for MAME but for most consoles the buttons only light up at 50% brightness (of white). Where would I change the brightness setting so that the buttons light up at 100%?
