Title: Flight sticks?

Does anybody use a flight stick? Just wondering whats a decent one for shmups and Tron. If any pics of some installed that would be great. Thanks!

These are small enough for any control panel.

I used something similar but I got two of them from Europe, and the name escapes me.  Google gave me this which is near damn is to swear.
