I installed crt emudriver 9.3 for xp 32, and I changed the vmmaker.ini from custom to generic, and I installed vmmaker.exe and rebooted, so when I put the video in the arcade the image does not appear in 15khz, the split screen In 3.
I already uninstalled and installed 3 times and nothing
And in the option of the video card does not appear the option of generic15

VMMaker is not Soft-15kHz. You need to manually select one of the 15 kHz modes installed by VMMaker and set it as desktop resolution. This is done from the Windows screen properties dialog.
