Your search will stop at Magic Engine.  There is no better PC Engine / TG16 emu, hands down.  It's a very very VERY well put together emu.  The author within a month or two away from releasing the highly ancipated version 1.0 too.  And he is also working on a new emulator that combines Magic Engine's PCEngine TG16 compatibility with a new emualtor he wrote that emulates NEC's PCFX too.  It's not out yet but should be soon.

Thanks for the info, I will try it. It costs $16.95, you think it is worth it?

How about Atari linx and coleco vision?

Thanks
Todd

I registered mine a long time ago.  Totally worth it.  Just play it a little bit and you will see how good it is.

Totally worth the registration.  But if you're looking for free, checkout Hugo:
