hi members , i just got a AMD 6450 to replace my ArcadeVGA2. I am now able to run newer groovymame's , i have run into a snag which i can't figure out. If i use HLSL with scanlines Ketsui runs at 51% speed Metal Slug runs at about 34% , if i turn HLSL off it runs at full speed.
I will leave my .ini below...........btw crt_emudriver_&_tools_2.0_beta_10_16.2.1_W.7.8.10-64_nieg has been installed as my GFX driver

hi again , i've been wrestling with this issue since my last post and i have managed to spit out a log. I can't see anything wrong but maybe you guys can , i would also like to say i am running this on a LCD TV pic below ( both my Astros are out of action atm they need a chassis repair ). When pressing F11 Ketsui is locked to 51% and doesn't move from there and Metal Slug at 34% , like i mentioned before if i turn HLSL off both games run at full speed.
strange when HLSL is enabled i get 51% in Ketsui , maybe there's an issue with my HLSL settings.......

just made a breakthrough , it is the mame HLSL settings. I just used some old ones from another groovymame i have , Ketsui and Metal Slug both run at full speed. So now i have to work on some good looking scanlines.
