Title: does this pac-man control panel seem kinda expensive to anyone else?

Was looking on ebay and came across this panel  for pac man.
I thought it seemed kind of high priced for a beat up panel and the guy doesn't even gurantee it works. What do you all think?

Personally I think he is asking too much.  As for the "scratches" on the control panel, those look more like cuts from a pocket knife to me...

It doesn't look like it has the correct actuator either. The original was red and not that big. The stick may not even control correctly with that actuator. :P

Considering the condition of the overlay, it looks like too much to me.
