Title: Coax CRT tv
Post by: Mike A on June 17, 2017, 11:21:27 am
My mom has a 27 inch CRT TV with a single coax input. Is there any way to use this for an arcade machine? It looks brand new. I hate pitching stuff that is still in good shape.

hard NO with a side if if you're crazy enough to do it, yes.

with enough money and time and experience and knowledge, anything is possible. But for real, toss it. get something that you can use.

If you don't want to pitch it that will make a great retro gaming TV.  No input lag at all.

Right now I use it for my Pong II console. I used it for my NES, but the signal was really dirty. I use a different CRT that has composite inputs. It also has S-Video if I decide to get fancy.
