OK! here i go...
I've got my SiS 6326 card with my Hantarex 9000 arcade monitor... i'm installing Arcade OS onto my PC.... i've heard that i should put something in an .ini file somewhere for the ArcadeOS, something like ArcadeCabinet=1 or something like that... could someone please tell me what exactly i should put in where?
Also, is ArcadeOS the best dos frontend to use, or would AdvancedMame, or something else be better.
P.s. I still have my Geforce2 MX if that would do a better job at anything
Thanks to all, and best regards

I tried ArcadeOS, its pretty cool...
Took me a while to configure though, lol.
If i was you i would use windows 95/98 instead... There isnt much difference in performance and its alot easier to configure.
Im using windows XP until i get windows 95 ... Dos never worked with my damn soundcard.

Well, i've connected everything up, and i get the split screen blurry scrolling BIOS and DOS start up screens.... and Dos is the same too....
When it loads into ArcadeOS, it's fine, the graphics are perfect.. so that is good!
However... when it tries any game, i can vaguely see the game, but it's all scrolling, blurry, and there is hardly a picture.... any idea what i can do?
I'm using the latest mame, and Hantarex 9000 arcade monitor
(I don't think Windows would work on a Sis 6326 card as well....)
Any help would be greatly appreciated all!!!! ;-)

I'm not sure MAME supports arcade monitors out of the box anymore. You might want to try AdvanceMAME, which does.

Are there any settings i should know about to get AdvancedMame to work with my set up?
