I am trying to wire a sega after burner shaker motor to a PAC drive. This should be the same/similar to the outrun shaker motor. Does anyone know how to wire this? Do i need to use the SSR board that is currently used in the cabinet? The yellow and black wires connect to the game pcb. The red and blue outside wires seem to be the power source.

Hm... The two lines coming from the game board would be GND and the "shake it baby"-signal itself.
It should be enough to hook up the PAC drive there.

Do I need to run power from a pc power supply to the other end of the board? Or does it really need power if the PAC drive is feeding power in from the pcb end?

Ok the lines coming from the pcb are most likely logic lines... they won't be over 5v which isn't nearly enough to power a rumble motor. The board you have pictured is most likely an amp board, which would require the original game's power supply and you drive the logic pins on the board with the pac drive.
Get out a multi-meter and be sure..... if you have 12-30v flowing through your pac drive you are going to fry it and most likely your pc's usb port as well.
