I am curious how many of the Mac users interface with their Pi... I am going to try dipping my toes into the Attract Mode realm and realize my usual methods of adding files etc won't be practical and want to connect direct to my Mac over my network.
There are a variety of methods mentioned over the years, and am just curious what people are using in May 2017. I have downloaded Cyberduck and read that it is not 100% necessary as I can connect direct over SSH, is this true? Practical? Any advice is appreciated, thanks in advance.

I just use samba to connect. I added some extra folders to the Samba shares too.
Sometimes I just use terminal to rsync stuff across the network
I added an extfs app to read and write directly to the SD card on the Mac.
I use Apple Pi baker to handle full backups and imaging.
