Title: need metal cp help

hi, am trying to convert an old rally bike cocktail into a mame system.  got everything in place but the control panel.  it came with metal cp measuring 11 5/16" x 5 1/4" and slants (back to front) from 3" to 1.5".  any idea where i can find replacement cp's for this size/shape?  would like 1 joystick and 2 buttons.

Does this panel have any bends in it or is it just a flat piece?

it has 3 bends.

1 bend for a small lip at the back with some screw holes (3/4")
1 bend for the front plate (1.5")
1 bend for a lip that wraps underneath the panel with some screw holes (1.5")

A local sheet metal shop should be able to duplicate that with no problem if you're unable to find one.
