With everyone trying to have the Ultimate cab, perhaps someone should implement this into their cab....

Personally, I am just hoping to find flipout cup holders for less than $15 each...

I started building one after news of the original one broke. I completed the construction and wrote all the software libs necessary to work the pumps and the UI. I got about 1000 recipies entered into my database, but never actually completed work on the software... The thing is sitting right next to my vending machine conversion project (http://vendingmenace.blurbco.com/). The two machines are nice compliments to each other; however the bar monkey stands unfinished.

The only drink mine needs to dispense is beer. Come to think of it, there's plenty of room inside for a mini keg...  8)

Sweet Idea.  I see ver1 had a keypad, did version 2 use a touchscreen? or just the keyboard.

Alright Gork you need to give up some details on that thing.  Does it actually have kegs of Shiner and XX or is it homebrew.  Looked a little tight in there for anything other than 3 gal kegs.

Lovin the Shiner tap in any case.

NY in TX  : Vending Menace is a Royal Vendors GIII vending machine which began life dispensing Frutopia juices and then later powerade. It originally contained 12 bins that could hold cans or bottles. I modified it, removing half of the bins. Two shelves were added to support a half-barrel keg (your regular 15 gallon keg) and a quarter barrel keg (7.5 gallon). The vending controller is a custom microcontroller circuit I built to measure flow and control shut off valves. The end result is that it keeps its original function as a bottle and can vendor and also allows you to dispense kegged beer. The project took about three months.

The bar monkey is a completely seperate machine. I don't have any photos of it online even though the construction is finished.
