Looks like something like this:

They probably just cut a hole and used the faceplate of the amp to moumt it to the front.

I personally like using these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B010LRBGGS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_gWc0ybMVMRCC4 (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B010LRBGGS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_gWc0ybMVMRCC4)

I agree with thomas_surles. I'm using a TDA7297 Drok for my record player. They work great. I've had luck with those boxy amp things.

For my bartop I just routed a hole large enough to pop in the whole face assembly(amp, speaker, and grill) from an Amazon basics USB speaker set.

Weird they would recommend a 7.5-15V amp fora Pi.

Also, Prime-able:

ok thanks for the input    !!  i really appreciate it

i was thinking about this one because it has a little bit more power output..   so all i would have to do is   take back off and mount the front you think?   lol  my woodworking skills arent my greatest area but im ready to have a go with a little guidance  lol
