Title: for this price should i get it?

had to try it was less then 30bucks if anything ill just dispute it after the shipping date

Could be they do that so that it can not be disputed for a longer time as the estimated delivery date is over the 15 days you have to file a dispute with Paypal. :dunno

yeah e-bay has been good to me too.if it dosnt come by the date im requesting my money back

Oh yeah I remember that one - but the bracelet I got was good enough for a cheap Christmas present, but I was disappointed when it showed up minus the TV stick....
