Title: Looking for golden tee live CID board

I'm looking to convert a silver strike bowling game to golden tee. Looking for the small USB CID board that has the GT cabinet ID.

That's probably the hardest one to find, and the most expensive. 2 recently went up for sale on ebay, but they ended well outside of what I was willing to pay, but they may work for you. If I see another, I'll mention it.
