Title: Question bout video cards/tv's

Im looking into buying a vid card that has good tv out and most ppl here say ati is the way to go but i need a card that can be running tvout from bootup i heard that u can use scan converters like this : http://www.focusinfo.com/products/tview_gold/tview_gold.htm
this stops hw stretching to inprove performance my question is does this work at bootup as well i dont really wanna buy this product if there is a good card that can do full screen and be using tv out at bootup are there cards that do this ?
also  i have a a old sony trinitron 27" color video  monitor its not a computer monitor but a tv monitor if that makes sence u cannot hook a antener upto it and get picture like a tv u need a vcr to get tv on the thing does anyone have any information on what this product is ? amd will i have problems iwth using this with scan coverters etc ?
its sony trinitron pvm-2010QM
i cant really find any pictures or information on the net on this product if anyone has anything pls let me know :)

I'm using an ATI All-in-Wonder 128 with svideo out.

TV out must be turned on first with Windows. You can have tv out, vga out, or both out at the same time.

I set mine up with both vga and tv attached, turn tv on, and now run straight from boot to a 27 inch TV.

Works for me.
