Title: how to fortify my bookshelf
Post by: aqsmorningview on February 19, 2017, 09:35:30 am
so i bought a bookshelf from walmart to use as my arcade machine,it seems to be very understudy and wobbles alot.if I fortify the back of it with a real piece of wood should that be enough to make it sturdy enough to use it?

Return it and get the money back and buy a piece of wood to make the arcade out of -- in the long run you will wind up spending more $ trying to reinforce that shelving unit than building it from scratch will cost and you'll wind up with it still being to fragile and unstable to perform well !  :dunno

How much was it. A 4x8 sheet of mdf is only 27 dollars.

Why the hell would you make an arcade machine out of a bookshelf?
