Title: Jammarduino DUE - DIY PC-to-Jamma interface
Post by: baritonomarchetto on February 07, 2017, 02:25:42 pm
Hi all,

here and there in the forum I wrote that I made a (cheap) PC to Jamma interface with Arduino last year. I gave you the link to a guide i wrote in my mother language too. Well, recently I upgraded the project and decided to write down an instructable in English for you dudes
It's basically a JPac, but WAY more flexible/customizable being open source
With little efforts you can control not only a standart "buttons and sticks" control panel, but wheels, spinners, trackballs... every-single arcade control.

Very cool!
How much would all the components on this thing cost roughly? I would assume it could accept more inputs than a JPac?

It accepts more inputs than a Jpac, but the main feature is the flexibility being open source. You can easily connect i.e. a pot or optical wheel, a spinner... there are no limits (I added some example in the instructables yesterday and today about wheels for racing cabs).
The cost for all the components is more or less 30 dollars

I have not a premium access. The full instructable is readable/printable without any premium access, anyway.
