Title: Mortal Kombat 3 control panel template scan

I've recently gotten ahold of a control panel template that I believe originally came with a Mortal Kombat 3 conversion kit.

I've scanned it in chunks, stitched it back together, cropped out all the extra white space around the edges and made it into a 2 color GIF file.

I figure that someone might find it useful in designing a custom control panel layout.

The actual GIF compressed file is just under 300K however, when opened (and uncompressed), the file is over 10MB.  Therefore I've zipped it to prevent people from accidentally opening it in Internet Explorer.

sorry for bringing up a very old thread but this file is exactly what I'm looking for but it is no longer available for download (i was able to see the very small gif image). is there anyway that you or someone who was able to download it before it got pulled please re-upload this file for me?
