So when I was a kid I had a texas instruments computer, a vic 20, and a few c64s. I recall my brothers and I always playing this one car game where you drive I think from left to right scoring points for running down pedestrians. The graphics were brightly coloured and cartoony. I think the view was slightly isometric but may have been top down.

I have googled 'c64 kill pedestrians', this came up. Speed Racer.

lol no, I got them all long past their prime. I always had a of of games because when a new system came out my parents would scoop up the stuff everyone else was ditching. I had an NES when everyone went to SNES and then when the N64 came out I got a Genesis. But I did get the Xbox one on release day.
