Ok, this is borderline monitor hardware but I reckon it's related to the Mame setup I am running. On my horizontal cab I have zero flickering (interlace) in 640x480, but on this other vertical setup I have severe interlace flicker. I tried out different solutions. Hardware or software related?
What's your take on this? Input appreciated. :)
