Can anyone confirm if Project Announcements section would likely accept a retro room refurbishment (I'm converting a home office into more of a retro zone home office :woot)
If not, is there a better section to post this under?
Also, I host my own images, would this be a problem?

Don't see why not -- as for hosting the pics - you can but the problem that usually comes up with that is a couple years from now when you change site hosts or move the pics around the links in the build thread die and the thread loses the pics :dunno - where if they are posted directly on this site the thread and the pics will live or die together !

I've had my hosting for over 16 years. Got stuff i host for other ppl on there too so pics won't be going anywhere. Just wondered if it was a rule or something as it would be a lot easier to post pic URL than start uploading to a different thread then having to come back with all the links and edit.
Ill create a new post tomorrow.
